Experienced in projects and construction of bridges, buildings, steel structures, etc., since 1976.

After 4 years of teaching activity at Eduardo Mondlane University, he worked at the contractor company (SOGEL) for 15 years, where as Technical and Production Director he executed several bridges, viaducts, various structures and buildings. Subsequently he devoted himself exclusively to the activity of designer, inspector and consultant.

He has worked in Mozambique and worked for and with foreign consultants where he has gained extensive experience, and his participation in various international conferences allows him to follow up on new rehabilitation and construction technologies.

Lawyer with a degree in Portugal in 2009, with experience in various subjects, such as contract management and administration, human resources and arbitration.
She was linked to the overseas insurance business, collaborated with law firms and was part of the Nacala-a-Velha Port supervisIion team for Vale / CFM in the Procurement and Contract Administration department.

Experience in Mozambique since 1996, licensed by FAUP (Porto-1998). He  developed projects for the public and private sector - clinics and hospitals, ministries, courts, monuments, all levels of schools, churches, mosques, cemeteries, tourist accommodation, industrial warehouses, shopping centers and all kinds of residential buildings.

It was awarded internationally by the International Federation of Hospital Engineering in 2016 for a “green” clinic at Vale's coal mine and also received the sustainable architecture award at Casa Mozambique's Real Estate Awards for the Condomínio Paraíso project in 2017.

He has been teaching at ISCTEM since 2012.

Graduated by FAUP (Porto) in 2007 and with considerable experience in one of the largest architectural firms in Portugal, he participated in the elaboration of urbanization projects and infrastructures, buildings and others.

He has worked at SECON since 2012 in project design, management and coordination of engineering contracts and multidisciplinary teams.

He was part of the SECON team that in Consortium with foreign companies managed and supervised the new Port of Nacala for VALE and CFM.

Has extensive experience in 3D imaging and know-how as well as industrial equipment to make models.
